If you run a window or siding business, you know the hard part is not the work. It is finding people who are ready to talk. Guiltyconstantly Windows & Siding is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local providers. Joining our network is one way to meet them.

This is not a job. You stay your own boss. You run your own crews, set your own quotes, and sign your own contracts.

Who are we looking for?

We look for independent contractors and small companies that do:

• Window replacement, including energy efficient windows
• Siding installation, including vinyl siding

We focus on replacement and installation projects. Homeowner requests for window work usually involve at least two windows. Repair-only jobs are not the focus of this network.

Experience with older homes is a real plus. Pier-and-beam houses, past patch jobs, and hidden rot are part of daily life in this region. If you handle those with care, we want to hear from you.

What do we expect?

Homeowners trust the people who show up at their door. So we expect providers to:

• Hold the licenses, insurance, and permits that local rules require
• Be honest about timing, especially around storm season and heavy rain
• Give clear written quotes
• Explain surprises before changing a price
• Treat each home with respect

Old homes, careful hands. That is the spirit we look for.

How do you apply?

• Your business name and the areas you serve
• Whether you do windows, siding, or both
• A short note on your experience with older homes
• Your license and insurance details

We will review your note and reply with next steps. Coverage and fit vary by area, so we cannot promise a spot or a set number of referrals.
