Know what to expect before you talk

How Our Network Works

Who will I actually talk to?

You will talk to an independent provider in our network. That is a local business that does window replacement or siding work. Guiltyconstantly Windows & Siding makes the introduction. The provider answers your questions and, if it is a fit, gives you a written quote.

We do not list staff or profiles on this site. Each provider is its own company, with its own people and its own way of working.

What happens on the first call?

Expect a friendly, practical chat. The provider will likely ask:

  • What is going on with your windows or siding?
  • How many windows are involved? (Most providers look for at least two.)
  • How old is the house, and what is it made of?
  • Where are you located?

The provider may then suggest a visit to look at the home. Request a callback to check provider availability, because timing differs from one provider to the next.

What should I ask a provider?

Good questions make good plans. Try these:

  • Have you worked on homes as old as mine?
  • What happens if you find rot or hidden damage once the old material is off?
  • Which energy efficient windows would suit our hot, humid summers?
  • Do you handle vinyl siding, brick details, or both?
  • How will weather affect your schedule?
  • Is your quote in writing, and what does it include?
  • Are you licensed and insured under local rules?

Why do older homes need extra questions?

Because past repairs can hide things. An old patch, a swollen frame, or a window that was resized years ago can change the whole job. Ask the house first. A careful provider will explain what they see and what could change the price.

Am I in control?

Yes. You decide who to talk to, what to ask, and whether to hire anyone. There is no obligation. Take your time, compare written quotes, and pick the provider who explains things clearly.

Your contract is with the provider. Costs vary by job, so get the numbers in writing before you agree to anything.

Ready to talk to a provider?

Bring your questions and a few notes about your home. That is all you need to begin. Request a callback or send a request, and we will point you toward a provider in our network.
